Karla is the founder and CEO of Girls on Campus, a student-led initiative dedicated to creating a supportive environment for women and women of colour navigating higher education. Since the organization's inception, Karla and her sister have expanded their community to over 35,000 members, who are all passionate about acquiring the skills necessary to succeed as women.
