Meet #changemaker Mayumi Bae 🚀

Mayumi is the co-founder of The Plant-Based Workshop. The Plant-Based workshop is reinventing the healthy eating experience for vegans and meat-eaters alike with delicious, nutritious, and Japanese-inspired products. Since Mayumi and her siblings opened their plant-based noodle cafe in 2016, they realised the demand for delicious and health-focused Japanese food. So, they set out to create Noods, one the first vegan ramen kits with bold, tasty, and irresistible flavours.
