Sang Le is an innovator, co-founder, and creative. From co-founding Peko, Western Canada’s first “peculiar” & surplus grocery delivery service, to working at industry-leading giants like Shopify, Sang is blazing through the entrepreneurial ecosystem. One of her successful start-ups, Peko, was founded with the mission of ensuring that the less desired fruits and vegetables, which were in perfect condition, were not being thrown into the landfill. To date, Peko has saved nearly $1 million in grocery bills, diverted 300,000+ lbs of food waste from the landfill, and presented it at the United Nations. Sang, it's an honour to have you here.
