Miki Talebi is the founder of oomé, a company making delicious, flavorful, and sustainable smoked tofu with simple ingredients. Growing up with a Japanese mother, Miki was surrounded by nutritious whole foods, such as tofu, so she founded her brand, which creates flavour-packed smoked tofu, as a tribute to her Japanese mother. Oomé is committed to showing you that tofu can taste amazing and provide nutritional benefits. In addition, oomé is committed to reducing plastic waste and championing environmental sustainability. To date, they have collected and processed 4,486 pounds of plastic waste! Miki, it's an honour to have you here.
